This curry was created by a blending cultures, immigrants from Africa, China, France, Lebanon and Spain all influenced this blend. The Jamaican Curry can be used on everything from beef, pork, chicken, seafood, veggies and tropical fruit. Mild and very flavorful.
This SALT FREE blend is made with turmeric, black pepper, coriander, cumin, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamom and allspice.
